Requirements & Fees
Complete form or letter (do not sign), have available the address where we will meet and original unexpired government issued picture ID. We do not provide forms or witnesses. If you have a special circumstance please call we may be able to help.
Fees are on a case by case basis and vary depending upon travel (trip fee) and how complex your documents.
